Much of the material that has been included in this web site is a collection of the life experiences of many individuals, put together in a unique way. I cannot reference much of my material since it is original work, based on my own personal and professional experiences.

The Self-Managed Journey is part of what I do with every client I see, irrespective of his or her presenting problems. I call it a Basic Empowerment Plus® Evaluation. I find that it contributes to the cost-effectiveness of my services. A Basic Evaluation is all that 40% of my clients need to reach their goals. 50% need more time in terms of treatment while only 10% require a full-psycho educational assessment. This represents significant cost-savings for clients and third-party insurers.

Therefore, even if you are not a psychologist and cannot diagnose or treat challenges in the area of learning or attention, it is my belief that you and your clients can benefit from covering the material in this Self-Managed Journey.
